Mr. Wayo Victory affectionately called Cee Wayo is a Ghanaian from Battor but has spent most of his life in Kpando and Juapong respectively. Cee Wayo is a musician, an artiste manager, music critic,event organizer amongst others. His passion for the arts and entertainment industry is so deep that a lot of people constantly contact him for advice on musical projects. He is a Commissioner of Oath in the Judicial Service of Ghana. This is a platform he created to market a lot of industry players as well as politicians.
